The new reflection removal tool stays greyed out in the menu so I can't use it. I'm on a composite layer in a PSD file. I tried flattening the image but that didn't help.

The Reflection Removal tool in the top menu simply stays greyed out so I can’t invoke it. The attached shows this clearly.  Note that the reflection itself is not visible as it occurs on the right side of the picture
