The Photoshop AI generator shows an error

Hello.
I have a problem with Photoshop’s AI generator; it shows an error and asks me to try again. It has been like this for over a month, and I don’t know what to do. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled it, reset the preferences, and updated the program, but nothing works.

I had the same issue with Photoshop’s AI generator showing the “try again” error. What worked for me was signing out of Creative Cloud completely, restarting my system, and then signing back in. Also, make sure your Adobe account region is set to a country where the AI features are officially supported. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it. After that, the generator started working again. Hope this helps someone facing the same problem!

  • What’s your operating system and version (e.g., Windows 11, macOS 14)?

  • Are you signed in with an Adobe ID that has access to Generative AI features?

  • Are you connected to a secure internet connection? Have you tried using a different network, like a mobile hotspot?

  • Is the issue happening with specific types of prompts? If so, could you share a few examples?
