The ps export jig caused the software to crash.

Hey, @zxczxc_5833. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out. 

 

Please share details if this happens with a specific document. If yes, share the sample PSD and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here. 

 

For a temporary workaround, try using Photoshop (beta). Go to Creative Cloud > Apps section > Beta Apps tab.
