The tools in the Adjustments panel have disappeared. What should I do, and how can I fix this issue?

About two months ago, all the tools disappeared from my Adjustments panel. There is no Exposure, Levels, or any of the other tools that I normally use when editing photos. This panel is very important to me and makes my workflow much more convenient.

I have installed all the latest updates, completely uninstalled Photoshop, and reinstalled it, but nothing has helped so far.

Could you please advise how to fix this issue? I am attaching a screenshot showing how the Adjustments panel currently looks.
Unfortunately, I do not have a version of Photoshop in English.
