There is a problem with the quality of image generation based on promt.

• Your Photoshop version(s) where you’re seeing this issue

• Your macOS version

• The exact prompt you’re using (or a sample prompt, if possible)

• Whether the quality issue occurs consistently or intermittently

• If this happens with all prompts or only specific styles/subjects

• A sample generated image showing the quality issue (if you’re able to share one)

In the meantime, please try the following steps:

• Make sure you’re signed in to Creative Cloud and that Photoshop is fully up to date.

• Sign out of Creative Cloud, restart your system, then sign back in.

• Check whether the issue persists when generating images in a new, empty document.

• Disable any VPN or network-level filters temporarily and test again.

• Try switching between different generation modes/settings in Firefly to see if the quality changes.
