This message keeps popping up and it won't let me save.

Hello there, 

I recently updated my photoshop cc to version 22.1.0 and it keeps showing me this message and it won't let me save : 

it would be great if it told me what the error so I could find a way to fix the problem. But so far I've had to force quit and restart my photoshop and that seems to allow me to save a few times before this message shows up again and force me to quit. 

Would someone please help explain this? 
Is it some sort of bug in the new release?
