Tool Tool bar options.

Question

Hey folks!!What is the the "pencil with circles around it" in the top tool bar options.  Top and to the right in the tool bar?  I hope that makes sense.Thanks!!!

Also, in the future remember that if you hover the pointer over an option, usually a tool tip will appear with the option’s name or describing what it does.
