Tool Tool bar options.

Hey folks!!
What is the the "pencil with circles around it" in the top tool bar options.  Top and to the right in the tool bar?  I hope that makes sense.

Also, in the future remember that if you hover the pointer over an option, usually a tool tip will appear with the option’s name or describing what it does.

    Funny thing is, I hovered over everything.... that was the only icon that didn't show me any Tips. *Shrug* Maybe i need to restart the Mac 🙂
