toolbar too small

the toolbar in photoshop is too small to read. I cannot see the type it is so small.

If that does not have the intended effect please post screenshots to illustrate the problem.

In Photoshop go to Edit>Preferences>Interface and change the UI Font Size, then restart Photoshop.
