Tools Missing, Changes to version 24.7.0

I recently updated to Photoshop 24.7.0, and cannot seem to find the tools I frequently used in the past.

Such as:  paint (fill with solid color), and selecting pixels of specific colors.

There used to be drop down menus on the tool items.

For example, long-click on the rectangle marquee tool, and you could choose to select with a circle instead of a rectangle. Now, no drop-down, and no way to get what you want.

For me, this upgrade is a 100% downgrade right now as it's made PS unusable for me.

I had to apologize to a client for taking 2 hours to do a project, in what would've ordinarily taken 10 minutes.

So... what am I missing?  Are there more tools available?  Do I need to change a setting?  Why is everything (tool wise) that I use now gone?

Thanks, Jeff. I wish Adobe would just leave that stuff alone. Or prompt to ask if we'd like to change our setup upon a new download. But that is wishful thinking.
