Tools stop working and Scrollbar stops working; at complete random

Same!  

And my scroll bar stops working (I can't scroll left or right on the image).

It just started happening too, not sure what's going on.  Photoshop 2025.  And I know this is an older post, but its the EXACT same thing.  Tools stop working and I have to close and reopen.

Pain.

    Can you share more details? Is there anything specific that causes this to happen? Please also share your System Info. You can find it by going to Help > System Info, then copying and pasting it into a text file to attach here. This will help us look into it further.
