Topaz Photo AI and Topaz Photo Studio will not open when working with a photo. Version 2025 and vs 2026 Photoshop crashes on open . No problem up untill the end of January 2026!

Could you share a bit more about what’s happening on your end? I’m wondering if you see any specific error when the app crashes, and whether it only happens when you use Topaz tools. It would also help a lot if you could share your System Info. You can find it in Photoshop by going to Help, then System Info. Just copy everything into a text file and attach it to your reply, or share it through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any file sharing platform you prefer.
