Transfer license from old PC to new PC [2019]

Hi,

I got old Photoshop CS2 9.0 on old computer with Windows 7 and I need to transfer it new one with Windows 10. For some reason Transfer Activation option is greyed out on old installation and also activation on new one is not possible because servers are unreachable. Old installation wasn't registered and it is not possible to register it (probably again registration servers are unreachable). So how can I transfer my license to new computer?

Thanks,

Petr

Correct answer Lumigraphics

CS2 is dead. You cannot activate it and it doesn't work properly on Windows 10 anyway.
Your best bet is to buy the current CC subscription US$10/month.

I've been using my original release of Photoshop CS2 9.0 on Windows 10 for years so this answer is not correct. I have moved it from old machine to new by transfering the hard drive or imaging the entire disk. I too would like to know how to move it more simply to a new machine.

@Fancy_yogi3091   The "answer" was given 6 years ago. Things have changed.

CS2 on a new machine cannot be Activated now. CS2 is 'Dead'.

Photoshop is now available in the 'Photography Plan 1TB'  at US$19.99/month

Or as a Single App  at  US$22.99/month
