Transferring Photos from Photoshop to Lightroom

Hi everyone, I'm new to Photoshop and I'm trying to transfer photos from Photoshop to Lightroom. I've tried saving them and every possible method I found online, like YouTube tutorials, but the photos won't show up in Lightroom. I've even restarted my computer and tried everything I could think of. I'm out of options, so I'm reaching out here for help.
