Transform warp tool malfunctions when PC set to sleep and is awakened . . .

If already in 25.0.0 PS, and putting Win 11 Pro PC to sleep, the transform>warp tool malfunctions and will jump out of transform when trying to use it after PC is awakened.  Have to close PS down and launch again for it to work.  Distort, scale, rotate, and perspective aren't affected.  I did not try skew.

Did anybody else experience this?
