Transparency Issues When Importing PNG Files in Adobe Photoshop

Hi there everyone,

Hope everyone is doing well!

There is a problem with transparency handling in PNG files exported from Picsart premium APK MOD download . When importing these PNGs into Adobe Photoshop (v25.4.1 - 2024), the transparent areas appear completely black or white instead of being transparent.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open Picsart on BlueStacks 5.
  2. Create a new project with a transparent background.
  3. Add some elements (text, stickers or effects) and export the image as a PNG with transparency enabled.
  4. Open the exported PNG file in Adobe Photoshop.
  5. Notice that the transparent areas appear black/white instead of clear transparency.

Expected Result:

The exported PNG file should maintain proper transparency, so when opened in Photoshop, the transparent areas should remain clear and editable.

Actual Result:

  1. The transparent areas become solid black or white.
  2. The image does not retain an alpha channel, making it unusable for further editing.
  3. Opening the same PNG in some other software (like GIMP) also shows incorrect transparency behavior.

Additional Notes:

  1. Tried re-exporting with different settings but the issue persists.
  2. Checked if the problem is related to color mode (RGB vs. CMYK) inPhotoshop, but no change.
  3. The same issue does not happen when using Canva or Photoshop Express for PNG exports.

Is this an issue with how Picsart MOD APK encodes PNG transparency or is there a workaround to fix this?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Photoshop is not adding a background color; it reads the file and displays it. Have you checked the files in other apps that can display PNGs with transparency?
