Trial version of Photoshop Missing polar coordinates

I specifically downhloaed the trail verision of Photoshop to try the polar coordinates process and the app tells me it is not available. Is this because it's a trial version? Trial version is supposed to be fully functional.

What are the pixel dimensions?

The trial version is only limited by the 7 day duration, so everything should work as it does in the licensed version.

In Photoshop when you go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates it's not listed?

Can you post a screenshot of the message saying it's not available?

Distort is greyed out for this 383MG file. Smaller files are ok. Not a
problem. Thanks.
