Troubleshooting Network Access Issues for File Transfer and Adobe Photoshop Features"

My internet connected computer won't run file sending programs like wetransfer and applications like productive expand or productive fill in adobe photoshop program. There was no such problem before. In my research I saw that it might be caused by the firewall, but whatever I did I could not solve the problem. I am connected to the internet via cable, I also tried using my phone's internet and I had the same problem. how can I fix this problem?

@Umut81 Is someone else on the network heavily using bandwidth (streaming, large downloads)? If you're on a shared office network, peak hours might see congestion. During the pandemic, both my wife and I used Teams for work. We needed to upgrade our internet speeds!

But as well make sure all Ethernet cables are securely plugged in (both ends). Old or damaged Ethernet cables can cause slow speeds or dropped connections (my HDMI cable was my issue!). If on Wi-Fi, check signal strength. Restart your computer, router, modem, and any network switches (even outdated routers, switches, or network interface cards (NICs) can be bottlenecks too.. This often clears transient glitches. If on Wi-Fi, other devices (cordless phones, microwaves, neighboring Wi-Fi networks) can cause interference. Try connecting via Ethernet to rule this out.

Run an internet speed test (e.g., Speedtest.net) to ensure you have adequate upload/download speeds. Cloud features need a stable, reasonably fast connection.
