Tv signal issues while using photoshop

For months I've been having issues with my tv signal, basically can't watch tv as the image is too distorted but it doesn't happen all the time. I've called my internet and tv provider, they came and checked everything, replaced the old router and tv box, all the cables and nothing seemed to work.

Well... I've just found out it's Photoshop 2024 that is causing the issue. I'm currently working and have photoshop open, everytime I switch windows and go to photoshop the tv starts having issues. As soon as I exchange and go to chrome or other programs like Excel,  Topaz, Evoto, even tried photoshop elements, the image on tv is perfectly clear. And if I go to photoshop again, there goes my tv.

I went to my router's definitions and tried to prioritize my tv on the QoS menu but it didn't work. I've tried connecting by tv box through a cable directly from the router and nor by wifi and nothing, still the same issue. Is there anything I can do to have my tv working while working on photoshop? 

Please help, english isn't my first language so sorry in advance if I don't understand any steps or so.
