Typing the parameters in properties panel and Tab - not highlighting the values

Win 10, Photoshop 25.0.0
When typing in properties panel values, after typing one field and switching to next (with TAB), the cursor goes to first position instead of highlighting the whole field. It is really annoying.

When NOT typing number, the TAB works as intended, selecting the field value.

    @mzagor it does the same thing in the Color Picker window, as a workaround I just hit Ctrl + A after hitting the Tab key, not ideal I know
