Your creative cloud application should allow you to download and install :
Photoshop 2024 (v25.0)

Photoshop 2023 (v24.x)

Photoshop 2021 (v22.2)

Adobe supports the current and previous versions only. v22.2 remains available only for those that needed 3D functionality that is no longer supported.
