Question

unable to access content credentials

I am unable to access, or even see Content Credentials. I've tried to access it via Photoshop 25.11.0, as well as the Photoshop (Beta) 25.12.0.

I'm working on a 2021 MacBook Pro.

It does not appear in the Window menu, or in preferences. I've read that it can be enabled via a checkbox in Settings > Technology Preview. That checkbox is not present in either of the versions of Photoshop I'm using.

Curious for thoughts, thank you.

I forgot to mention, I'm running OS Ventura 13.6.3.

Hey, @Ingram34660896ss60. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in, and I found an active enterprise subscription.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted.

Also, Content Credentials are part of a specific category for optional policies that your Enterprise subscription admin must manually enable.

It might require creating an enterprise support ticket. For now, please consider contacting the enterprise admin.

We hope this helps. Thanks!

Hello @Sameer K .. thank you very much! This is an IT managed machine - I realize now I should have mentioned that in my original post. I will speak with my IT department about this and see if they can help me resolve the issue.

Thanks again!
