Unable to Access 'Open from Adobe Cloud'

After using Photoshop for an extended time, when trying to open a Cloud Document by going to File > Open... it often only opens the default MacOS file selector, without the 'Open from Adobe cloud' button. The only way I've found to fix this is a complete close of the software.

Sounds like corrupt preferences. Save out your custom actions, brushes etc before resetting.
