UNABLE TO DEACTIVATE PHOTOSHOP

I'm looking for help with deactivating photoshop CS5 on my old PC so that I can install it on my new PC.

Every time I try it tells me to connect to the interenet. Adobe agents are unable to help and have directed me here. Please help ...
