Unable to dock the Options Bar by hovering just below the top File bar of the screen

I've had this happen before, where the Options Bar became undocked. The solution was to just hover it in place, just below the File/Edit/etc... top bar. Then the blue docking line would show up. I opened up PS a few days ago and noticed that the options bar was undocked. I grabbed the handle on the left side and slowly moved it around, waiting for the blue line to dock it, and I don't get it. I tried tabbed mode, floating mode, etc... for the open images to see if that helps. I still can't find the spot tha will allow me to dock the Options Bar. I've restarted, turned it off and on, and nothing is allowing me to dock. I don't think this is a bug, but me just doing something wrong.

Windows 10

PS 25.1.0

@SteveEE an easy answer is to just reset the workspace under the Window menu.

Perfect! I have a custom space and just kept selecting others and trying to go back to mine. That did the trick.
