Unable to download free packages from the sky replacement tool

Hello everyone
As a Photoshop user, I am using the 2025 version and trying to learn Photoshop. When I try to download free sky packages from the sky replacement tool, it redirects me to the Photoshop tutorial page. My Creative Cloud settings are set to Turkey as the region. I think this is a software issue. I need help from an expert on this matter. I look forward to your assistance.

It’s possible that you’re being redirected to Adobe Learn because you don’t have access to the Discover tab in Creative Cloud. If you’re using an organization or school account, you might need to check with your account admins to confirm access.

If that’s not the case, it could be that you’re in a region where the Discover tab isn’t available just yet. We’re working hard to make it accessible worldwide as soon as possible! More info here: https://adobe.ly/473XK3Q
