unable to install

I've started the trial promo to get photoshop and lightroom but I was unable to install (both gets stuck at 13/43% each). This caused me the waste of the trial version so I canceled the deal BUT I want to get the program. I triedi to reach out the customer service BUT it happens to be at my working hours.... they don't even have an email to report and try to help customers (apparently). I am from Italy, hope my english is ok, can anyone explain to me if this has happened to anyone else? I use an iMac with Ventura. ANyone can help me?
