Unable to launch Photoshop after updating to Sonoma

Updated to Sonoma 14 on iMac. No version of Photoshop will run.

Version 25: I get the photoshop environment open and a pretty spinning wheel.

Earlier versions, I get the tile in the dock that says it's open, but no window anywhere. I have two monitors running.

Ideas?

Update: REPAIRED

By creating a Root User access to my iMac, Photoshop worked just fine. Something was corrupted in the startup files.

I created a new main user account with a new name, downloaded Creative Cloud again, signed in as normal and it all works.

Previous data files were saved separately but NIK plugins did not transfer nor was NIK interested in helping me resolve the issue.
