Hi Guys, I used to run a really old version of PS and decided to upgrade last night and purchased the upgraded versions.

I for some reason cannot open my photos in PS.... I keep getting an error message.

I hope someone can help as this is really frustrating and there are pictures I need to get edited.

I have a Macbook Pro.

Please read this (in particular the section titled "Supply pertinent information for more timely and effective answers”):

What is the image’s file format?

What is its location?

Hiya! File format is JPG and they are stored in the "Photos" App ... I am able to drag and drop but this just isn't ideal and doing my head in. Don't know why I ever got a Mac as nothing is straight forward with them!

I am not familiar with the Photos app.

If you want to use Photoshop then the images should be files (as displayed in the Finder), not stored within some other application.
