Unable to open photoshop after latest windows update 4-sept 2025 uninstall update and it all works

Updated windows 11 on 4 Sept 2025 "
Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26220.5770 (ge_release_upr)"
and Photshop fails to open after getting as far as "Measuring memory"
Have tried a fresh install via Creative cloud and same failure every time
Uninstalled the update and it all works again

@Perfidium it's obviously an issue with the Windows update, insider versions of Windows are not meant for general use, it's the equivalent of a Beta version, meant for testing and bug reporting
