Unable to save photoshop documents to Creative Cloud

This seems to be an issue multiple people have had in the past. However none of the solutions mentioned previously are working for me.

 

When I go to save any photoshop file, the 'save to cloud documents' option is greyed-out.

I have updated photoshop and creative cloud,

I am logged into creative cloud,

I am connected to a stable wifi connection,

And I am trying to save as .PSD,

 

At this stage I think it may be a bug? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out and reporting this. These issues usually occur when the file is already saved as a cloud document or when a format other than PSD is selected.

If that’s not the case for you, resetting Photoshop preferences might help. Please be sure to take a backup before resetting. The steps are shared here:  https://adobe.ly/46oGhme
