Unable to upate to v. 26.0

I'm unable to update to version 26.0 through the Creative Cloud due to internet connection issues; thus, is there a way that i can get the offline installer of it ?

You would still need to download that installer. And Adobe has been cutting off access to offline installers and older versions. Contact Adobe directly and good luck.

Thank you for your reply, so is there a way to contact them directly ? i found many links but i don't know which is the direct way to contact them
