Unable to use Gen Ai features in Photoshop

We’re still waiting to hear back from you, and I hope the issue is resolved by now. From your earlier messages, it seems you’re referring to the on-screen bar where you can enter prompts to create using AI.

That’s called the Contextual Task Bar. To use it, please make sure it’s enabled by going to Window > Contextual Task Bar.
If it’s already enabled, ensure that you’ve selected an image, object, frame, shape, or area where you’d like to use the Generative AI features.

What has been changed on you system before the error occur?

Do you get any error message(s)? If yes post the message(s) word-by-word (or post an screenshot of the message).

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. Please make also sure that you have installed the Studio version and not the Game Ready version of your NVidia driver.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Ben overgegaan van school abonnement naar persoonlijk abonnement, en bij betaald voor AI gereatief vullen.
