Unable to use Generative Fill

When I try to use generative fill, I keep getting the following error

I am using a Windows 11 i9 laptop, with a RTX4080 and 32GB RAM, running the 25.9.0 Beta release of PS. I also get the same message on the 25.7.0 release. I have a wifi connection with 350Mbps download and 50Mbps upload

Thank you. I had other issues, so I reverted to factory settings and reinstalled all software. Generative AI is working again now

@PaulTerry Check your Windows Defender/router settings to make sure Adobe Firefly and Photoshop are whitelisted/allowed.
