Hello, I really hope someone here can help me as I called Adobe but they could not!I'm frustrated and disappointed!

I have happily been using "Adobe Photoshop CS6" on my macbook for years, but I recently upgraded my mac to Catalina 10.15.7 and now cannot access, how can I fix this?

Kindest regards,

Alicia

The last version of MacOS that you can run CS6 on is MacOS Mojave 10.14

CS6 will not run on Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey

Consider subscribing to the Adobe Photography Plan, it includes the latest version of Photoshop and upgrades as they become available plus Lightroom and some cloud storage for around $10 a month - and it will be compatible with your new OS!

Hi

Photoshop CS6 is not compatible with Catalina, you need to downgrade the OS to the version that it was working on.
