I have paid for subscription of Photoshop and it worked wonderfully in my Desktop PC however I am having problems with installing same photoshop in my Other pc when I should be able to install it in at least 2 pc. all the requirements are fulfilled but still it shows error code 190. I have tried to speak to customer service as well but they seems to stop responding after listening to the problem how should I proceed.

Error code 190 means your computer doesn’t meet the minimum system requirements:

Yes I have checked the system however I fail to see what might be the cause as I am running photoshop just fine with almost same hardware. I am leaving a screen shot of system specifications. please guide me what might be the problem.

@vicky36272873ko0l On the face of it, the system info you show does meet the requirements for Photoshop . However, did you carry out the checks in line 2 of the link provided by D Fosse i.e. ensuring Windows is up to date? It is also worth checking that system files are not corrupt

To check for updates use in windows use System > Windows update click check for updates and update as required.

If that does not resolve the issue:

    1. Go to the windows search bar and type cmd. Then right click on command prompt and choose run as administrator.
    2. Type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth  and press Enter
    3. Once DISM is complete Type sfc /scannow

The steps above will repair any corrupt windows system files. More details here : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/experience/backup-recovery/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files

Restart then try the Photoshop installation again
