Undocked options bar is not long enough/does not resize

Issue: Undocked options bar is not long enough for items it contains, regardless of screen size or if on primary or secondary screen. Issue does not occur when docked (with or without application frame).

• Photoshop version: Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.0.0 20230906.r.37 b14e317 arm64
• OS: MacOS Monterey 12.7


Steps to reproduce:
1 Float/undock options bar
2 Select a tool with many options (such as gradient or path selection tool)
 
Expected result: Options should be contained within the bar or the bar should resize


Actual result: Share/search/workspace overlap tool options, and options are cut off by the end of the bar
