Unsuccessful render process Mockup Baker Freepick

Olá, pessoal! Estou enfrentando um problema sério ao tentar usar a ferramenta Mockup Baker da Freepik, que integra com o Adobe Photoshop.

Toda vez que tento aplicar minha arte em um mockup (arquivo .PSD baixado diretamente da Freepik), recebo o seguinte erro:

"Unsuccessful render process"

Já testei várias possibilidades:

  • Verifiquei o arquivo .PSD no Photoshop (funciona normalmente).

  • A Smart Object está nomeada e configurada corretamente.

  • Tentei reduzir o tamanho da imagem e salvar em diferentes formatos (.JPG e .PNG).

  • Troquei de mockup, troquei de navegador… e nada.

@bairrista_8953 3D features are being discontinued in Photoshop, if you want to continue using 3D features you can install version 22.2 which is available from the Creative Cloud app and can be installed alongside the current version

@bairrista_8953 3D features are being discontinued in Photoshop, if you want to continue using 3D features you can install version 22.2 which is available from the Creative Cloud app and can be installed alongside the current version
