unvisible tools

Question

For about half a year now, I've been having this problem in Photoshop where I can't see all the tools when I open it. It's been happening since the last three Photoshop updates. It always happens when I open Photoshop after editing an image from InDesign. But it's not uncommon for me to not see all the tools even when I open Photoshop directly. Do you know what causes this? Has anyone else encountered this?

@filipž43885858 OMG! Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences (Control K).

And for good measure, when was the last time you did an update and a restart of your computer? One more thing, how much RAM do you have? I would suggest at least 16 GB of RAM is highly recommended, but more RAM is better
