Upscale not working with Topaz model

Hi @Gabriel Grundler Y. same with me

Topaz Gigapixel used to work perfectly fine in my Photoshop, but now it keeps showing an error whenever I try to use it.

Here’s what I’ve already checked and tried:

  • ✅ Checked compatibility — everything seems fine.

  • ✅ Updated my graphics card drivers.

  • ✅ Updated the applications.

  • ✅ Checked my internet connection and storage space.

  • ✅ Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

  • ✅ Tried logging out and logging back in.

The weird thing is that my friend tried using my account on their PC, and Topaz Gigapixel worked perfectly fine there. However, it still doesn’t work on my PC.

I can’t figure out what’s causing the problem since it works on another computer using the same account.

Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows how to fix it? Could it be a problem with Photoshop, my PC settings, or something else?

    Hi @Precious_personec8a,

Thanks for the detailed troubleshooting. The fact that the same account works with Topaz Gigapixel on another computer is particularly helpful and suggests this may be specific to the configuration on this PC rather than your account.

Could you please share a few additional details so we can narrow this down?

    • Got to Help > System Info > Copy, then paste the report here from both the PCs.

    • A screenshot of the exact error message you receive when using the Topaz model.

    • What is the image or canvas size in pixels you are trying to upscale?

If possible, a short screen recording showing the workflow through to the error would also be helpful.

Once we have the version information and exact failure, we can determine whether this matches an issue currently being investigated or is specific to the local installation.

    Best,
