Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate unresolved issues encountered with Photoshop V26.6 under organizational licensing. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these matters through chat support, I have been unable to progress due to systemic authentication barriers and unresolved technical defects.

My corporate license prevents me from completing standard verification protocols during support interactions. Chat agents persistently request access to the organizational email account, which I cannot provide as an individual user under enterprise licensing. This creates an unresolvable loop in your support workflow.

Persistent issue in Photoshop 2025 Magnetic Lasso Tool Bug:

The Backspace/Delete key fails to remove anchor points when using the Magnetic Lasso tool, despite:

1. Resetting preferences (`Alt + Ctrl + Shift` launch).
2. Clean reinstalls via Adobe Cleaner Tool (Windows).
3. Testing across 3 workstations.

This defect disrupts precision selection workflows, costing significant productivity. Community forums indicate widespread occurrence, yet no permanent fix exists.

This issue severely disrupts my workflow, especially for detailed selections. I urgently request a resolution. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

The procedure for Enterprise is for your administrator to go to the Adobe Admin Consule.

Note: If you're not an admin, enterprise and teams users should contact their administrators to reach Adobe Customer Care."

In addition, because you said your selections are detailed, you might consider using the Pen tool in Path mode. After saving the path, convert the Path to a Selection. The named path can be tweaked if needed and then can be converted to a new selection.

It seems to be working here also, although when using a pen and tablet I had to be careful to hold the pen still. Are there some exact steps that we can use to try and reproduce the issue?

So, is the other thread that mentions the Polygonal Lasso tool actually referring to the Magnetic Lasso tool? Or are they both broken? I never use either, but I have just tested the Magnetic Lasso tool and the backspace key is undoing points as it should. Is there a particular workflow that breaks this function?
