Using actions to put t-shirt designs

Hello here,

Im trying to use Actions to put many designs on black t-shirt. Some years ago I worked (from Piximperfect). Now Im trying again and after recording all steps and executing exe file my locked t-shirt layer dissapearing and only the same design appears as jpeg without size changes. What is interesting - when Im putting T-shirt file to exe file it makes correct file. But it can work If I would need different t shirt colors. I need different designs on the same color t-shirt.

Question - is it possible to make in general? If yes, what should I need to do?

Yes, this is possible, if you search the Photoshop forum you will find many posts where batch actions or scripts are used to create T-shirt or phone case mockups.
