v 27.00 Background could not be found for removal after update

Version 27.00 after upgrade, "Remove Background" button. after click process, an error pops up showing that the background could not be found for removal. still works on vs 26.11 (this version can not upscale an image) I have tried multiple images and same error.

Thanks for reporting this issue, and sorry for the delayed response! To help us troubleshoot, could you please share a few details:

System Info: Go to Photoshop → Help → System Info, copy the details, and paste them here.
Is the error consistent across all images, or does it occur only with one or two specific files?
Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences or disabling GPU acceleration temporarily?

This will help us narrow down whether it’s version-specific or related to your system configuration.
