Hey, @different_Dazzle5C0C. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Thanks for adding the video. I'll help you figure this out. 

This can happen If you draw separate planes for each of the surfaces. Try this:

 

1—Draw a plan using the Create Plane tool as you would typically do. 

2—Instead of drawing a separate plane, press and hold the CMD key and click on one of the anchor points in the direction in which you want to extend the plane.
