Varying subscription amount

Question

In my iPhone my Lightroom subscription is 819/ month for 1tb storage and phone plus MacBook. But I see the same pack for 300-400 rs when I check the adobe portal. Why this difference and can I switch to the later one ?

@SANEsh you'll need to contact Adobe support about payment/cancellation issues
