Video import problem after update 26.1.0

Importing Video Frames To Layers, or just  opening a short video-clip fails to a very long import/-time, and when it does open all I see is an empty window. I have tried changing the "Adobe PhotoShop 2025.app" to run using Rosetta, but then it is impossible to import any video at all. All videofiles shop up as light grey, and I can not click on the files. This was no problem before the update. I´m using a Apple Silicon M2 Pro 32 GB ram.
