Visible line when using generative expand

As my title says, in thwe latest photoshop there is a visible line when using generative expand after using the crop tool to expand. This was a never a problem in previous Photoshop and I have expanded mutiple images this year with no problems. I'm just in the proccess of installing previous Photoshop (25.11) to see if this will make a difference.
