When i move objects in my Adobe Photoshop they, about half of the time, just color everything where they are and were white. This is just a visual glitch, but cannot be removed by zooming or similar things, just by editing the moved object (rescaling, changing font color, etc.), exept changing the content of a textbox, which produces the same effect like moving it. It also feels like it happens more often with smaller objects, although i cant confirm this for sure.

Also this white area can disappear again if i move over it again, but tis also happen just very random.

I use a windows 10 laptop with 12GB of RAM.

Image: thes white spot in the red circle was created by moving the selected object (a textbox)
