Since you have already cancelled, first check your subscription status to confirm the cancellation:

You didn't give details about your plan. Did you cancel during the 7-day free trial? Did you cancel during the first 14 days? Are you cancelling during a commitment to an annual plan? If, for instance, you have an annual plan (discounted) that you are cancelling before the year is up, there is a fee for early cancellation. Here is the page that describes all the scenarios:
