Wacom not dragging slider in levels box

At first glance I see no abnormalities in the system info. Only the fact that the graphic driver is already 5 months old. But it can be normal, because I don't know how often AMD releases updates for the drivers.

I would try to do a clean reinstallation of the Wacom driver and see if it's help.

I reset photoshop preferences and it made no difference.

My photoshop is uptodate, I downloaded the newest Wacom driver for my model CT 490 and reset the settings on my WAcom to the default. Still no change. 

I downloaded the AMD drivers software which automatically checks and updates everything in that area. Still no change.

I do not recall making any changes in recent weeks.

If this doesn't help check your system if it's up-to-date. Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. If you have a NVidia graphic card installed, make sure that you are using the recent Studio version of the driver, not the Game Ready version.

Please also provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.
