Way to find a kyle brush that seems to be gone from brush pack?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to get a brush that I had before in the summer 2020 pack, but after downloading it again I see the brush is gone. The brush is the "zine liner" maybe it was moved to another pack? I'd love to be able to get it again but really don't know where to look.

I just downloaded the Summer 2020 Brushes from here

and i see the Zine Liner.
